2. Main Features of Our EV Battery Moudules
1.Outlook: Simple and smooth surface, can be easily cleaned.
2.Light-weight: Light weight design, packed by aluminum plate and plastic components.
3.Module design: Reasonable capacity(3.6v 80ah), can be assembled to different voltage.
4.Structure: Stable hollow structure, protecting the lithium pouch cell well.

Each battery module in parallel is fixed with steel parts,then put them together by pull rob.After this,there are covers to protect battery with case and BMS.

5. Our battery cells catalog
CTS uses Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFeP) batteries for electric vehicle conversions. The battery cells utilize the latest advancements in nanotechnology.
All of our battery packs(12v-400v,12ah-200ah) are made of those following lithium ion pouch cells. These cells are very safe in normal operation, DO NOT cause fires as the early Lithium Phospate batteries.
The selected batteries solve the Safety concerns of being in an Electric Vehicle (EV) / Electric Car Conversion Kit, every cell has a built-in safety device if punctured or damaged, will vent to the atmosphere making the cell much safer.
Compared to lead acid battery, it is 4 time lighter in weight , and 4 time longer in lifespan.
Compared to li ion battery, it is 2 time lighter in weight , and 2 time longer in lifespan.
Compared to lithium ion square battery, it is 0.5 time lighter in weight , but much safer when using.

Trade term: FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou; EXW, CIF,DDU and DDP are available.
Delivery time: 7 working days for sample order, 15- 25 working days for mass order.

Do the batteries have a warranty?
§ Yes, currently 2 years; extended warranties are also available.
How long do the batteries last?
§ 10 years / 200,000 KM (124,275 miles) [calculated based on 100km battery pack]
§ 2000 charges & discharges at 100%.
§ This means approximately 10 years of normal use 200,000 KM. (124,275 miles)
§ Normal use is defined as 20,000km/year. (12,500 miles/year)
Do you use Lead Acid Batteries?
NO WE DO NOT! Our reasons:
§ Lead Acid Batteries do not allow as many charge & discharge cycles as advanced lithium batteries
§ Lead Acid batteries degrade after 300 charge cycles in an electric car until they expire, approximately 1.5 -2 years of driving
§ Not cost effective to change your battery pack every two years
§ Lead Acid is HEAVY, and reduces your range, doesn't supply continuous power
